وأصبحت السياسة واحدة من العوامل الدافعة في تحديد شخص يرتدي الحق الأساسي في اختيار التعليم. لكن نأخذ في الاعتبار بسبب العوامل السياسية هناك بعض الخصائص الشخصية التي غالبا ما تظهر في حياتنا :
